The weapon? These:

Back in May, a couple in Germany was having sex and the woman grabbed the man's head and shoved it between her 38DD breasts.

Then she held it there.

He started suffocating but managed to get free.  She admitted she WAS trying to kill him, but, quote, "I wanted [his] death to be as pleasurable as possible."  She's now on trial for attempted murder with a weapon.
