Hey everyone it's Miller and I'm trying something new and wanted to share my story. Have you heard of GoCleanse? It's a whole new way of life that seriously makes you feel amazing. More on that in a second.
So why diet? Why try a cleanse? Do I need it? Yes! I'm not extremely overweight but for me it's about eating smarter and having this natural energy that allows me to be at my best 24/7. My goal is to get down to 190. I started at 216. Like I said, I'm not overweight but I do have a lot of extra weight that I want gone. I laugh when I say this but it's true, I don't want a 6 pack or a beer gut..I want something in the middle. Make sense?
So my eating habits are horrible and that is mainly due to my hectic schedule. For those who don't know my days are non-stop 7 days a week. Some think I show up right before my radio show and i leave when i'm off the air. False. I'm up by 6am to get ready for work and get my daughter breakfast and a chance to see her in the am. Then i get to work around 8-830 each morning and am here until 7pm each night. When i'm here at KISS, i'm running NON STOP. I get home, have a dinner with my wife and daughter and play with her until it's bedtime. Then I work until about 11p-12a on my DJ company that I own. So as you can see i'm always running around, always doing something and never really have a normal schedule. Having a schedule like this causes me to run to a drive thru, pizza shop or gas station to grab something quick. It sucks.
I really want to be around 190, wear a Large shirt and feel comfortable and have that energy level that when my daughter wants to go outside and run around.....I'm there!
So how do I get there? What do I have to do? What can I try?
