A 70 year old guy wanted motorists who passed his house to slow down, so he decided to sit on his lawn and point a radar gun to kind of warn them to watch their speed.
Police did not know what he was doing, and complaints were made of an elderly guy pointing a real GUN at motorists!!! Before he knew it-the man was on his knees, hands handcuffed behind his head, with two officers pointing their weapons at him!!
