A new study is stating the obvious: Sundays are for being lazy and doing nothing. The Gallup report shows we use our strengths the least on Sundays, compared to any other days of the week.

To break it down, we spend 6.7 hours exercising our strengths on Sunday, which is less than the seven hours we spend daily on our strengths for the rest of the week. So what is our most productive day? Thursday. According to the Huffington Post, we spend an average of 7.6 hours doing what we do best on weekend eve.
