According to a report from the New York Post, UFC star Ronda Rousey jokingly said she wants to fight MMA bantamweight contender Bryan Caraway.

Caraway, a UFC fighter who is ranked number 18 in the world in the male bantamweight division, dates Rousey's longtime rival, Miesha Tate.

Here’s the thing, though … Caraway and Rousey are both bantamweights who compete at 135 pounds.

While Rousey's comments were said in a joking manner, it wouldn't be all that crazy if they competed opposite each other in the UFC.

Rousey is the number one women's champion of the world. She probably could hold her own in there – if not win.

And, there have already been several male vs. female MMA fights completed – just not in the United States.
